Management Trainee:Business Operations We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Management Trainee – Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and business teams to analyze campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, track key business metrics, and generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who enjoy solving business problems using data. 
Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaigns and business performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel, Google Sheets.

Monitor and report on key marketing and business KPIs.

Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
