<p>About the Role<br>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Operations Intern to support day-to-day<br>content operations. The intern will work closely with creators, vendors, production partners, and<br>internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, coordination, and payment processes.<br>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing data, coordinating across<br>teams, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Onboard writers, voice-over artists, production houses, agencies, and other content partners<br>onto the platform.<br> Maintain accurate creator and partner data, ensuring all records are updated regularly.<br> Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with creators, vendors, and external<br>partners.<br> Compile, organize, and maintain resources required for smooth operational execution.<br> Prepare, process, and send agreements, work orders, and other relevant documentation in a<br>timely manner.<br> Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure creator and vendor payments are processed and<br>cleared within agreed timelines.<br> Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Content teams to support<br>project execution and operational workflows.<br> Track pending tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of operational<br>requirements.<br> Support process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting ways to improve efficiency.<br>Requirements<br> Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication,<br>Media, Operations, or a related field.<br> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br> Good organizational skills with attention to detail.<br> Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and documentation.<br> Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.<br> Basic understanding of content, media, creator ecosystems, or vendor management is a plus.<br>Content Operations Intern | Job Description<br> Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.<br>Skills Required<br> Vendor and creator coordination<br> Data management<br> Documentation and record keeping<br> Communication and relationship management<br> Cross-functional coordination<br> Time management<br> Basic spreadsheet skills<br>What You’ll Gain<br> Hands-on experience in content operations and creator/vendor management.<br> Exposure to how content projects are executed across teams.<br> Experience working with writers, artists, agencies, production houses, Marketing, and Finance<br>teams.<br> Practical understanding of agreements, work orders, payment coordination, and operational<br>workflows.</p>
