Job Title: Product Manager
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience building and launching AI-powered B2B products, with a strong understanding of fintech, corporate treasury, cash management, or financial products. Experience working on products involving AI-driven recommendations, automation, workflows, or decision-making for finance teams will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Define the product vision and strategy for AI-powered fintech and treasury products</li>
<li>Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and design teams to build and launch AI-powered products and features</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to use AI to improve cash management, treasury workflows, financial decision-making, and automation</li>
<li>Gather and analyze customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Monitor the performance, adoption, and impact of AI-powered features and continuously improve them</li>
<li>Translate complex financial and user problems into clear product requirements and actionable solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and business teams to ensure AI products align with the overall product strategy</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in product management, with experience building AI-powered products or features</li>
<li>Strong understanding of fintech, B2B financial products, treasury, cash management, or investment products</li>
<li>Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI-driven product development</li>
<li>Strong product sense with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, design, and business teams</li>
<li>Experience taking products or features from concept to launch</li>
</ul>
Bonus Points
<ul>
<li>Experience building and launching AI products in fintech, treasury, cash management, or B2B SaaS</li>
<li>Experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, recommendation systems, or workflow automation</li>
<li>Experience building products for CFOs, finance teams, or treasury teams</li>
<li>Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and working on 0-to-1 product</li>
