Frontend Developer Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using Next.js and React.</li>
<li>Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui, with a focus on performance and scalability.</li>
<li>Develop smooth and engaging UI interactions and animations using Framer Motion.</li>
<li>Implement state management using Redux Toolkit and Immer.</li>
<li>Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components following modern frontend development best practices.</li>
<li>Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.</li>
<li>Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Vitest and Testing Library, along with end-to-end tests using Playwright.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across different environments.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and processes.</li>
<li>Optimize applications for performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript/ES6+ concepts.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with React and Next.js, particularly the App Router.</li>
<li>Good understanding of modern React concepts, component architecture, hooks, and reusable UI development.</li>
<li>Experience with Tailwind CSS v4 and component libraries such as shadcn/ui.</li>
<li>Experience with state management using Redux Toolkit and Immer.</li>
<li>Experience writing unit and integration tests using Vitest and Testing Library.</li>
<li>Familiarity with end-to-end testing using Playwright.</li>
<li>Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.</li>
<li>Experience with Git and modern version control practices.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li>
<li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.</li>
