About Kefilo
Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, fitness and lifestyle redesign.
We are building beyond a traditional food-delivery model, with personalised nutrition, healthy food products, 90-day transformation programs, technology-enabled customer engagement and scalable food production infrastructure.
We are currently in the early-stage product development and growth phase and are looking for an experienced Start-up Advisor who can provide strategic guidance, industry expertise, networks and practical support to help Kefilo build and scale.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on Kefilo's business model, product direction, positioning and long-term growth.

<li>
Advise the founding team on go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue models and market expansion.
</li>
<li>
Help identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, colleges, gyms, hospitals, communities, institutions and other relevant organisations.
</li>
<li>
Leverage professional and industry networks to facilitate meaningful introductions, partnerships and business opportunities.
</li>
<li>
Guide Kefilo on scaling operations, food production, supply chain, technology and organisational systems where relevant to your expertise.
</li>
<li>
Advise on product-market fit, pricing, customer segments, competitive positioning and business diversification.
</li>
<li>
Support fundraising strategy, investor readiness, business planning and strategic positioning.
</li>
<li>
Identify potential risks, market opportunities and critical priorities for Kefilo at different stages of growth.
</li>
<li>
Mentor the founding team on important business and strategic decisions.
</li>
<li>
Help identify experienced professionals, vendors, technology partners and other resources required for scaling the business.
</li>
<li>
Provide practical, execution-oriented feedback on major initiatives rather than only high-level strategic advice.
</li>
<li>
Support Kefilo in building a scalable and sustainable business model and becoming a leading transformation-focused nutrition and wellness brand.
</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate
<ul>
<li>
10+ years of professional, entrepreneurial or industry experience preferred.
</li>
<li>
Strong expertise in one or more areas such as food, nutrition, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, manufacturing, technology, business strategy, sales, marketing, operations, finance or startup scaling.
</li>
<li>
Strong professional and industry network.
</li>
<li>
Experience building, scaling, advising or leading businesses is highly preferred.
</li>
<li>
Ability to provide practical and execution-oriented guidance.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of business growth, partnerships and market expansion.
</li>
<li>
Willingness to actively contribute to Kefilo rather than provide only occasional advice.
</li>
<li>
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a long-term relationship with an early-stage company.
</li>

Compensation
This is an equity-based opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.
Equity will be discussed and structured based on your experience, expertise, network, level of involvement, contribution and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is interested in building with Kefilo and taking long-term ownership, rather than someone looking for a conventional paid advisory position.
