 Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and datadriven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business across Africa. The role involves managing marketplace operations, driving sales growth, and building a strong online presence of company (Refurbished smartphone range through strategic digital initiatives) Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace &amp; Website Management • Manage Badili’s online presence on major platforms like Jumia, Jiji, Konga, Kilimall and other regional marketplaces. • Handle product listings, pricing strategies, catalog management, and product descriptions tailored to local market preferences. • Ensure all content aligns with Badili’s brand voice, quality standards, and sustainability positioning. 2. Sales Growth &amp; Performance • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Monitor sales performance, ROI, and key marketplace metrics daily.
 3. Pricing &amp; Inventory Coordination • Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to define competitive pricing, stock planning, and replenishment cycles. • Ensure product availability and fulfillment SLA compliance for smooth customer experience. 4. Customer Experience &amp; Feedback • Manage online reviews, ratings, and customer communications to maintain excellent service standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, or refurbished goods. • Hands-on experience with Jumia, Jiji, Konga platform. • Strong understanding market trends, customer behaviour
