Role summary:
The position is responsible for managing and driving sales through a dedicated team and distribution channels for all geographies related to the specific branch by focusing on the activities below.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers</li>
<li>Growing business through market expansion</li>
<li>Driving new product launches</li>
<li>Ensure distribution coverage to all critical towns; take necessary corrective actions to increase coverage through distributors/dealers, and add retail outlets in existing and gap towns</li>
<li>Managing &amp; reviewing a set of dedicated teams &amp; ensuring implementation of action plans through them to improve performance in respective zones</li>
<li>Regular inventory &amp; stock planning with supply chain managers</li>
<li>Design and propose the local sales promotion schemes and track their usage</li>
<li>Taking process improvement initiatives around the sales process, distribution, and branch operations</li>
<li>Ensure timely closure of complaint handling</li>
<li>MIS reporting, tracking of expenses, and ensuring the timely settlement of claims</li>
</ul>

Skills/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience</li>
<li>MBA preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of the local language and the person should be open to travel</li>
</ul>
