Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors and healthcare professionals, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

<li>Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients.</li>
<li>Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their health conditions.</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.</li>
<li>Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the concerned doctors.</li>
<li>Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital safety protocols.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families regarding medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.</li>
<li>Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.</li>
<li>Follow all hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical practices.</li>
<li>Ensure patient comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Requirements

<li>GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.</li>
<li>1–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.</li>

<li>Strong patient-care and clinical skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.</li>
