We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.</li>
<li>Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.</li>
<li>Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and Founders to understand their hiring requirements.</li>
<li>Generate qualified leads and convert them into active recruitment mandates.</li>
<li>Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to showcase Hiringlabs' recruitment solutions.</li>
<li>Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized talent acquisition strategies.</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.</li>
<li>Negotiate commercials, service agreements, and partnership terms with prospective clients.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, CRM updates, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.</li>
<li>2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Consulting industry is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and the HR ecosystem.</li>
<li>Proven track record of generating qualified leads and closing business deals.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li>
<li>Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and sales automation software.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM reporting.</li>
