Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage patient interactions and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.</li>
<li>Handle patient registration, admissions, and appointment scheduling.</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Maintain patient records and update information accurately in the Hospital Management System (HMS).</li>
<li>Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.</li>
<li>Assist patients with billing, payment collection, and insurance-related documentation.</li>
<li>Provide information regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.</li>
<li>Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.</li>
<li>Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.</li>
<li>Prepare daily reports and maintain front office documentation.</li>

Required Qualifications:

<li>Graduate in any discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software.</li>
