Cost Control, Procurement & Governance
· Create financial controls for procurement, inventory, pharmacy/consumables, implants, equipment and outsourced services.

· Review capex proposals, business cases, payback assumptions and lifecycle costs for medical equipment, IT and infrastructure.
· Report committed versus spent capex and material deviations to the Board.
Systems, MIS & Internal Controls
· Define finance requirements for HMS, ERP/accounting, billing, payroll, procurement and reporting systems.
· Build timely monthly MIS and Board dashboards covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue cycle and key operating metrics.
· Ensure data integrity, reconciliations between HMS and financial systems, access controls and segregation of duties.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
· Build and lead the finance/accounts team with clear responsibilities, processes and performance measures.
· Partner with the CEO/COO, Medical Superintendent, Nursing, HR, Procurement, Pharmacy, Billing and department heads.
