Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive who is passionate about people management and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation
</li>

Support onboarding and offboarding activities
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and support
</li>
<li>
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
</li>
<li>
Track attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations
</li>
<li>
Support employee engagement and internal initiatives
</li>
<li>
Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
</li>
<li>
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest in HR can apply)
</li>
<li>
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
</li>
<li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills
</li>
<li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working remotely and independently
</li>
</ul>

Internship or exposure to HR operations or recruitment
</li>

Familiarity with HR tools or employee management systems
