Job Summary
The Structural Engineer will interface with clients, develop schematic and final designs, coordinate with in-house disciplines, and lead design efforts across various projects while mentoring staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work on multiple project teams to successfully complete projects</li>
<li>Develop designs through all project phases</li>
<li>Prepare studies, reports, and construction documents</li>
<li>Design building materials and systems</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors</li>
<li>Oversee drawing production, specifications, and documentation</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct field surveys and site evaluations</li>
<li>Perform construction administration (RFIs, submittals, inspections)</li>
<li>Manage budgets and schedules</li>
<li>Handle multiple simultaneous projects</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals</li>
<li>Recommend new technologies and improvements</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with company vision and client expectations</li>
<li>Perform IBC code reviews and establish design criteria</li>
<li>Review shop drawings and prepare reports</li>
<li>Prepare AIA Masterspec documents and estimates</li>
</ul>

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required)</li>
<li>4–6 years of structural engineering experience</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license (Required)</li>
<li>Experience with design, documentation, and project management tools</li>
<li>Revit experience required</li>
</ul>
