About the company:&nbsp;Our client is a growing architecture firm in East Texas, focused on creating healthy, inspiring environments for commercial and residential clients.

Position overview:
<ul>
<li>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from concept through completion.</li>
<li>This is a full-time, on-site role in East Texas.</li>
<li>You will generate and manage construction documents in AutoCAD, oversee schedules and budgets, and guide projects through permitting, bidding, and construction administration.</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Generate and manage architectural projects from concept through construction.</li>
<li>Produce detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Coordinate with and review the work of assistant project managers and drafters.</li>
<li>Lead projects through permitting and bidding; interface with city officials.</li>
<li>Support construction administration, including RFIs and field issues.</li>
<li>Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations.</li>
<li>Track project schedules and basic budgets.</li>
</ul>

Required qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of architectural project management experience.</li>
<li>Strong AutoCAD proficiency; able to independently produce full construction document sets.</li>
<li>Experience with permitting, bidding, and construction administration.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

Preferred qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Professional degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or on licensure track a plus.</li>
<li>Experience supervising or mentoring drafters/assistant PMs.</li>
<li>Interest in helping grow a small firm and building client relationships.</li>
</ul>

Compensation and benefits:

<li>Commission opportunity (~10% on fees for projects brought in).</li>

Schedule: Monday-Thursday approx. 7:30am - 5:30pm; half-day Fridays.
