The role acts as a central coordination point between Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams, enabling smooth order execution and reliable data flow.</p>

<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>1. Sales MIS and Reporting</b></div>

<p>Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS covering pipeline, orders, dispatches, and collections</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure alignment and consistency of data across CRM, sales trackers, and finance reports.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>2. Inter-Department Coordination and <span style="font-weight: 600;">Collaboration</span></b></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Work with Procurement teams to track order confirmation, material availability, and dispatch timelines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Liaise with Finance teams to align on billing, collections status, credit approvals, and reconciliations</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Client Relationship and Operational Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Support sales teams in client coordination, follow-ups, and documentation sharing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain updated client contact databases and communication logs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>4. Order Tracking and Execution Support</b></p>
<ul>

<p>Track order status from confirmation to dispatch and delivery</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure timely updates are shared with sales, procurement, and finance teams</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>5. Documentation, CRM, and Data Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Maintain accurate and well-organised records across CRM and internal trackers for leads, clients, opportunities, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and client communications</b></li>
</ul>

<p>Validate data received from sales teams before updating CRM or MIS trackers</p>
