<p><b>Job Title: </b><b>Payroll Executive / Payroll Manager</b></p>
<p><b>Location: </b>Delhi</p>

<p><b>Job Summary:</b></p>
<p>The Payroll Executive/Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing,</p>
<p>ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely salary disbursement.</p>
<p>The role involves handling employee data, deductions, tax calculations, and coordinating</p>
<p>with HR and finance teams.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>• Process monthly payroll for employees with 100% accuracy and within deadlines</p>
<p>• Maintain and update employee payroll records (salary structure, attendance, leaves,</p>
<p>bonuses, etc.)</p>
<p>• Calculate wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)</p>
<p>• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws</p>
<p>• Prepare and verify payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements</p>
<p>• Handle full &amp; final settlements for exiting employees</p>
<p>• Coordinate with HR for employee data changes (new joiners, exits, promotions)</p>
<p>• Manage tax declarations, investment proofs, and Form 16 preparation</p>
<p>• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and taxes</p>
<p>• Liaise with auditors and ensure payroll documentation is audit-ready</p>
<p>• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times</p>
<p><b>Skills &amp; Competencies:</b></p>
<p>• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)</p>
<p>• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel</p>
<p>• High attention to detail and accuracy</p>
<p>• Good analytical and problem-solving skills</p>
<p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
