<p>The Marketing Head will own and drive the overall marketing vision, strategy, and growth<br>roadmap for a high-growth B2B travel services organization. This role is responsible for<br>building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine from the ground up, with a strong focus<br>on digital-first, e-commerce-led growth. The position demands strategic leadership,<br>deep expertise in digital marketing, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup<br>environment while supporting domestic and international business expansion.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>• Define and own the long-term marketing vision, brand strategy, and growth roadmap<br>across B2B vertical<br>• Build, scale, and institutionalize the marketing function from scratch, including org<br>structure, processes, tools, and governance<br>• Lead digital-first growth strategies across performance marketing, SEO/SEM,<br>marketplaces, CRM, content, automation, and analytics<br>• Drive B2B and e-commerce growth through customer acquisition, conversion<br>optimization, retention, and lifecycle management<br>• Develop integrated go-to-market strategies for destination-focused offerings across<br>international markets<br>• Create scalable marketing frameworks to support DMC services and strengthen<br>engagement with travel agents, tour operators, and global partners<br>• Own brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership to strengthen market<br>credibility and recall<br>• Act as a strategic partner to sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing<br>initiatives with revenue and expansion goals<br>• Lead budgeting, forecasting, ROI measurement, dashboards, and performance<br>optimization across all marketing spends<br>• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional marketing teams across<br>digital, growth, content, and brand<br>• Support international expansion, new market entry, and partnership-driven growth<br>initiatives<br>• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to maintain a<br>competitive and innovation-led edge</p>
<p>Candidate Must Have<br>• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce<br>Marketing, with leadership exposure</p>
<p>• Proven experience as a Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Leader in a startup or high-<br>growth environment</p>
<p>• Strong expertise across B2B, D2C, performance marketing, and e-commerce-led<br>growth models<br>• Demonstrated experience in building marketing teams and systems from ground zero<br>• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability and strong data orientation<br>• Experience in brand building, customer lifecycle management, growth marketing, and<br>conversion optimization<br>• Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability<br>• Exposure to travel, DMC, or international service-driven businesses will be a strong<br>advantage</p>
