Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Content Executive to join our Marketing and Operations team. This role bridges operations and marketing by providing real-time documentation, authentic ground-level content, and timely updates from work sites, field locations, and industry events. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring seamless communication between on-site operations and the marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, field operations, and storytelling to make an immediate impact.
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Attend company events, product launches, industry conferences, and experiential marketing activations, as well as visit work sites to capture high-quality, dynamic photos and videos in real-time</li>
<li>On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera when necessary to host segments, conduct quick interviews, or guide the audience through an event or experience.</li>
<li>Organise, tag, and archive all captured raw and edited media, making it easily accessible for the marketing team to repurpose for future campaigns, email newsletters, or website content.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across online and offline media and performance channels</li>
<li>Develop and manage optimised content for blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms to support branding and lead generation initiatives</li>
<li>Manage leads and campaign performance using Zoho CRM</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support the marketing team with authentic ground-level content, and contribute ideas for product launches, campaigns, and reels</li>
<li>Track competitor activities and suggest growth strategies</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor daily activities and ensure work progress is properly documented</li>
<li>Highlight delays, issues, or key developments to relevant stakeholders</li>
</ul>

Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Any graduate (field experience matters more than degree)</li>
<li>06 Months-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-time event coverage and short-form video production.</li>
<li>Expertise in operating mobile camera equipment (smartphones, gimbals, ring lights, external microphones) and DSLR/mirrorless cameras</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of social media/content usage</li>
<li>Prior field or operations experience (a plus)</li>
