Our design team sits at the heart of product innovation shaping intuitive interfaces, delightful gameplay flows, and frictionless ad integrations that balance user joy with business impact. We move fast, test often, and ship globally with design as the critical bridge between engineering, data, and user delight.&nbsp;Role &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end product design for core gaming and monetization features translate user pain points into intuitive, high-conversion UI/UX flows.</li>
<li>Prototype and iterate rapidly using Figma deliver pixel-perfect mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components for cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Partner with product managers and engineers to define feature specs, prioritize user-centric improvements, and validate designs via A/B testing and usability sessions.</li>
<li>Own the visual language and interaction design across mobile game SDKs and dashboards ensure consistency across 500+ integrated titles.</li>
<li>Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data (via Mixpanel/Amplitude), and translate insights into actionable design decisions.</li>
<li>Document design rationale, component specs, and accessibility guidelines to scale design quality across the engineering org.</li>
