The Service Coordinator coordinates and manages service requests and schedules, serves as the point of contact for technicians, and internal teams, sends required materials, co-ordinates technical support for onsite teams, tracks service progress, and ensures accurate documentation and proper record-keeping of all service-related documents.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare CAMC and Paid Service proposals as per client requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and update CAMC schedules, registers, and track service reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate collection of POs and maintain the CAMC Register.</li>
<li>Draft and review Warranty Certificates, terms, and conditions.</li>
<li>Create and follow up on internal billing and ensure timely billing updates.</li>
<li>Generate CAMC and Maintenance letters for clients.</li>
<li>Maintain a daily task list and ensure its regular updating and completion.(All service activities)</li>
<li>Collect, organize, and archive all service reports from engineers.</li>
<li>Review all ISO-related documentation monthly for compliance.</li>
<li>Update KPI tasks of all engineers and monitor performance indicators.</li>
<li>Manage and update monthly expense sheets accurately.</li>
<li>Draft monthly fund request documents and submit them with supporting details.</li>
</ul>

Education: Diploma (Electronics and Electrical)
