Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Planning the production schedule for both Fabrication, Assembly sections.</li>
<li>Implement, monitor &amp; control the production schedule.</li>
<li>Determine the human and material resources requirements for all sections.</li>
<li>Organize, monitor the workflow in the subdivisions to meet specifications and deadlines.</li>
<li>Train, Supervise and manage the Junior staffs and Production workers.</li>
<li>Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.</li>
<li>Determine and ensure the production output meets as per the Quality control Standards.</li>
<li>Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.</li>
<li>Estimate cost, prepare budgets and implement cost effective method in various division of production.</li>
<li>Determine and implement improvements to the production process.</li>
<li>Assessing the development needs in the components as well as Product and provide suggestion / input to the R&amp;D&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between departments including Procurement, R&amp;D and Service.</li>
<li>Interviewing &amp; selecting the talented personnel for the Production team</li>
<li>Organize, repair and routine maintenance of Production equipment.</li>
<li>Timely report to Top management</li>
<li>Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.</li>
