The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial functions. The CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability. &nbsp;
Job Location : Technopark , Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership:

<li>Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability.</li>
<li>Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
2. Financial Operations Management:
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-today financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement.</li>
</ul>
3. Financial Planning and Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.</li>
<li>Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability.</li>

4. Ensure Compliance:

<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings.</li>
</ul>
6. Audit and Risk Management:

<li>Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.</li>
<li>Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.</li>
</ul>
