<p>We are seeking a <b>Pega Decisioning Consultant</b> with hands-on experience in <b>Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)</b> to design and implement intelligent decisioning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building real-time decisioning strategies, next-best-action (NBA) frameworks, and customer engagement journeys leveraging Pega CDH capabilities.</p>

<h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>

<p>Design, configure, and implement <b>Pega CDH solutions</b> to support customer engagement and personalization initiatives.</p>

<p>Develop and manage <b>Next-Best-Action (NBA)</b> and <b>Next-Best-Offer (NBO)</b> strategies.</p>

<li>
<p>Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into <b>decisioning logic</b> and <b>strategies</b>.</p>

<h3><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h3>

<li>Certifications required: <b>CSA, CSSA, CPDCCDH</b></li>

<li>Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant(<b>CDH</b>)</li>
<li>Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions, NBAD framework</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Pega BPM tools, rule creation, and case management.</li>
<li>Expertise in system integration techniques and managing complex software configurations.</li>
<li>Solid problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the full SDLC.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred:</h3>

<li>Pega certification or equivalent credentials in BPM solutions.</li>
