<p>About the Opportunity<br>We operate in the Fashion &amp; Entertainment media and recruitment sector, delivering talent solutions, on-site hiring support, and operational services to brands, agencies, and production teams.<br>This is an on-site Executive Assistant role based in India supporting senior leadership across creative, commercial, and operations functions.</p>
<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leaders—prioritise commitments, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely follow-ups.</li>
<li>Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and on-ground accommodations with attention to cost and timing.</li>
<li>Prepare meeting materials: agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and accurate minutes; drive post-meeting action tracking.</li>
<li>Triages email and correspondence on behalf of executives, drafts professional communications, and manages confidential documents.</li>
<li>Handle expense reports, vendor invoices, and basic administrative bookkeeping; liaise with finance for timely reconciliation.</li>
<li>Coordinate on-site events, stakeholder and vendor engagements, and cross-functional administrative projects to ensure smooth execution.</li>
