We’re looking for a mid-senior marketing professional with hands-on experience in global&nbsp;university admissions and marketing for UG and PG programs. This is a hybrid role blending brand marketing and B2B institutional partnerships, focused on growing EduFund’s university partnerships and ensuring delivery excellence for existing clients.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate will come with a strong network across Indian schools, colleges, and study abroad ecosystems and have previously worked in education marketing, student recruitment, or admissions partnerships.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
1. University Client Success &amp; Campaign Delivery&nbsp;

<li>Lead campaign delivery for partner universities across India; ensure alignment with marketing goals and lead targets.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Act as the main point of contact for client universities, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Build and manage annual campaign calendars, webinars, influencer tie-ups, on-ground activations, content collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Analyze campaign metrics, share performance reports, and proactively suggest optimization strategies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2. Domestic Partnerships (B2B / Institutional)&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, counsellors, and education consultants to create outreach pipelines for partner universities.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Negotiate co-branded activities with key institutional partners — workshops, fairs, and student sessions.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Own the expansion strategy for EduFund’s domestic network in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3. Marketing &amp; Brand Collaboration&nbsp;

<li>Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns for university partners.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support creative development, student communication strategy, and influencer/PR initiatives for higher-ed brands.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling for each partner across touchpoints.&nbsp;</li>

4. Strategic Growth &amp; Internal Collaboration&nbsp;

<li>Work with business leadership to identify new university acquisition opportunities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Collaborate with EduFund’s performance marketing, design, and content teams for execution.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Contribute insights from campaigns to improve EduFund’s overall B2B2C education marketing model.&nbsp;</li>

Ideal Candidate Profile&nbsp;

<li>6–8 years of experience in university marketing, admissions, or student recruitment roles.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Prior experience in education marketing agencies, universities, or EdTech platforms preferred.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven track record in building institutional networks (schools, colleges, counsellors).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong understanding of Indian student journey for both domestic and international education.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Hands-on experience with campaign management, client servicing, and partner relations.&nbsp;</li>
