<p>You will be part of the core Investment operations team, responsible for managing daily mutual fund operations activity and constantly contribute to the processes to achieve a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking and prioritize time effectively according to the needs of the company.&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Onboarding new clients (KYC, account opening and order processing) and ensure responses to customer queries are as per the defined TAT</li>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end query resolution with multiple entities such as RTA, Payment Gateway Partners, AMCs, and customers.</li>
<li>Identify the issues/bugs in any processing application and get the same resolved with responsible teams</li>
<li>Mutual Fund AUM Reconciliation and other MIS</li>
<li>Continuously update knowledge on various product offering/process and regulatory changes and stay ahead of the curve for quick resolutions</li>
<li>Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferences:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of expertise in mutual fund operations at a financial service or wealth management business is mandatory. Experience with a Fintech company will be a plus.</li>
<li>Prior process adherence and client handling experience is required.</li>
<li>NCFM /NISM certification in VA - Mutual Fund Distributors module will be an added advantage</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is a must</li>
<li>Must be a go-getter who can work efficiently with multiple teams and deliver before deadlines</li>
<li>Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with good knowledge of MS-Office</li>
<li>Time management and prioritizing to meet the time sensitive deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task</li>
