1. Strategic Partnerships &amp; Business Development

<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive&nbsp;B2B partnership strategy spanning education financing (loans/Insurances and ancillary services) and savings (mutual funds/FD/DigiGold).</li>
<li>Build and nurture relationships with schools,&nbsp;universities, coaching institutes, financial planners, banks/NBFCs, AMCs, wealth advisors, and fintech platforms.</li>
<li>Drive strategic alliances with key stakeholders to create a strong distribution ecosystem for&nbsp;both loans and investments.</li>
<li>Identify cross-selling opportunities between&nbsp;education loan borrowers and investment (MF) customers&nbsp;to maximize value.</li>
</ul>
2. Growth &amp; Revenue Optimization
<ul>
<li>Lead&nbsp;partner acquisition, engagement, and retention&nbsp;efforts to drive loan applications and mutual fund investments.</li>
<li>Optimize&nbsp;loan distribution channels&nbsp;by collaborating with lenders, universities, and student advisory bodies.</li>
<li>Expand the&nbsp;mutual fund business&nbsp;by onboarding IFAs, wealth managers, and digital distribution networks.</li>
<li>Track and enhance&nbsp;conversion rates&nbsp;across both verticals, ensuring strong unit economics.</li>

3. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management

<li>Build and maintain&nbsp;C-level relationships&nbsp;with key financial and education sector partners.</li>

4. Cross-functional Collaboration &amp; Execution

Key Requirements:
1. Experience &amp; Industry Knowledge

<li>3+ years in B2B partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within financial services, ed-fintech, or investment management.</li>
