We are looking for individuals based in Germany to support user experience research activities for digital products.
Key Responsibilities
• Explore mobile applications and web platforms • Follow guided usability activities and provide feedback • Share observations about user experience, navigation, and functionality • Record feedback during product interactions when required • Identify areas that may improve usability and user experience • Complete feedback forms related to product usage
Who Can Apply
• Currently based in Germany • Comfortable using mobile applications and web platforms • Have access to a smartphone or computer • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable sharing opinions and feedback about digital products • Familiarity with online banking or digital payment applications is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Interest in technology and digital products • Experience with UX research, usability testing, or app evaluation is preferred but not mandatory • Good communication skills and attention to detail
