About the Opportunity
We are looking for individuals based in France to participate in user experience research activities for digital products and platforms.
The role involves exploring digital experiences, completing guided usability activities, and sharing honest feedback to help improve product usability.
Key Responsibilities
• Explore mobile applications and web platforms • Complete guided usability activities and onboarding flows • Share feedback on user experience, navigation, and functionality • Participate in remote research sessions when required • Communicate observations, challenges, and suggestions clearly • Complete feedback forms and experience evaluations
Required Skills &amp; Experience
• Currently based in France • Comfortable using mobile applications and digital platforms • Access to a smartphone or computer with a reliable internet connection • Comfortable participating in online sessions with screen sharing and audio feedback • Ability to provide clear and unbiased feedback • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with UX research, usability testing, app testing, or product evaluation is a plus • Interest in technology and digital products • Familiarity with online financial or digital service platforms is beneficial
