<p>Role and responsibilities:&nbsp;<br>1. ERP Implementation &amp; Configuration:&nbsp;<br>● Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP financial processes.&nbsp;<br>● Configure and customize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Budgeting, etc.).&nbsp;<br>● Ensure integration with other modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.).&nbsp;<br>2. Business Process Analysis &amp; Optimization:&nbsp;<br>● Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.&nbsp;<br>● Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).&nbsp;<br>● Align ERP functionalities with business goals.&nbsp;<br>3. Stakeholder Collaboration:&nbsp;<br>● Work closely with finance teams, IT, and leadership to deliver ERP solutions.&nbsp;<br>● Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.&nbsp;<br>4. Data Migration &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;<br>● Assist in data migration from legacy systems to ERP.&nbsp;<br>● Develop financial reports and dashboards.&nbsp;<br>● Validate data accuracy and ensure audit compliance.&nbsp;<br>5. Testing &amp; Training:&nbsp;<br>● Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial modules.&nbsp;<br>● Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.&nbsp;<br>● Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.&nbsp;<br>6. Compliance &amp; Risk Management:&nbsp;<br>● Ensure ERP financial processes adhere to tax regulations, SOX, and other legal&nbsp;<br>requirements.&nbsp;<br>● Implement internal controls and security measures.&nbsp;<br>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp;<br>● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related&nbsp;<br>field.&nbsp;<br>● ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least one ERP system (SAP FI/CO, Oracle&nbsp;<br>Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, NetSuite, etc.).&nbsp;<br>● Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles,&nbsp;<br>and reporting standards.&nbsp;<br>● Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related finance issues.&nbsp;<br>● Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.&nbsp;</p>
