<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>This role owns Dodo Payments' external compliance and regulatory operations — partner<br>and processor submissions, statutory and tax filings, transfer pricing, and compliance<br>certifications. It centralizes the data and coordination currently split across Finance, Risk,<br>and Legal, so every external questionnaire, filing, and document request gets answered<br>accurately, consistently, and on time.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>● Own partner and processor submissions — underwriting packs for pay-in and payout<br>partners, portal submissions, and a single tracker across all of them<br>● Maintain one authoritative set of company figures, so that every answer to every<br>institution (processors, regulators, banks, tax authorities) comes from the same place<br>● Maintain a filing register across all entities — track what is due and when, pull<br>together documents from Finance and Legal, and submit within deadlines; covers<br>statutory and tax filings (GST/VAT, TDS, corporate tax), ROC and MCA filings with<br>the Company Secretary, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants<br>● Assemble transfer pricing documentation and local files, and coordinate<br>benchmarking work with external advisers, so intercompany transactions stay at<br>arm's length<br>● Support new entity setup — flag local requirements that affect us financially, and<br>manage the opening of bank accounts<br>● Maintain corporate documentation — entity registers and corporate packs<br>● Manage compliance vendors and certifications —&nbsp;SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and others<br>● Support internal MAP and acceptance policy work — categories, countries, and the<br>KYC/AML structures under them — routed for sign-off<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>● 3–5 years of experience in compliance operations, regulatory or statutory filings,<br>company secretarial practice, or a finance compliance function<br>● CS (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) background welcome; equally open to<br>candidates from Big 4 risk &amp; regulatory practices or compliance functions at<br>payments/fintech companies<br>● Strong organizational skills — comfortable owning trackers, deadlines, and<br>cross-team follow-ups spanning Finance, Risk, and Legal<br>● Comfortable working across spreadsheets and reconciling figures from multiple<br>sources into a single, consistent record<br>● No legal qualification required<br>Please Note: This is not a merchant risk or AML alert-review role — there are no<br>onboarding decisions, transaction monitoring, case queues, or deboarding involved.
