Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Web and Mobile application delivery. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and hands-on understanding of modern development stacks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, and mobile technologies.
This role acts as the bridge between business, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with Tech Leads</li>
<li>Manage sprint planning, milestones, timelines, and releases</li>
<li>Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery</li>
</ul>
Technical Coordination
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Tech Leads and development teams</li>
<li>Understand system architecture, APIs, and integration flows</li>
<li>Validate technical feasibility, estimations, and dependencies</li>
<li>Participate in solution discussions and technical planning</li>
</ul>
Agile &amp; Team Management
<ul>
<li>Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)</li>
<li>Manage cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA)</li>
<li>Ensure proper backlog grooming and task prioritization</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Management
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and delivery status</li>
<li>Handle escalations and ensure alignment across teams</li>
</ul>
Risk &amp; Quality Management
<ul>
<li>Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Ensure quality delivery through coordination with QA teams</li>
<li>Monitor performance, defects, and production stability</li>
</ul>
Required Experience &amp; SkillsExperience
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management</li>
<li>Minimum 2+ years working on Web or Mobile application projects</li>
<li>Experience working with engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile)</li>
</ul>
Technical Understanding (Must Have)
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of web &amp; mobile technologies: ReactJS, NodeJS, APIs, Mobile Apps (React Native / Flutter)</li>
<li>Knowledge of system architecture and software development lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience working closely with Tech Leads and developers</li>
<li>Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and deployment workflows</li>
</ul>
Domain Experience
<ul>
<li>Web &amp; mobile product development (mandatory)</li>
<li>CRM / SaaS / digital platforms (preferred)</li>
</ul>
Tools &amp; Practices
<ul>
<li>Agile / Scrum methodologies</li>
<li>Jira, Confluence</li>
<li>Sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking</li>
