Position Overview
Our client is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead and scale its U.S. enterprise sales organization.
This is a strategic leadership role for a sales executive with a proven track record of selling Enterprise AI, Healthcare AI, Intelligent Automation, AI Agents, or SaaS solutions into healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate has deep relationships within the healthcare ecosystem and experience selling to Healthcare Payers, Health Insurance Companies, Managed Care Organizations, Medicare/Medicaid, Provider Networks, Hospital Systems, or Healthcare Technology companies.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can personally close strategic enterprise opportunities while building a high-performing and scalable sales organization.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience selling Enterprise AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, or AI-powered SaaS platforms.

<li>
Strong experience selling into Healthcare Payers, Health Insurance Companies, Medicare, Medicaid, Provider Organizations, Hospital Systems, Healthcare Technology companies, or Healthcare BPOs.

<li>
Demonstrated success closing enterprise deals worth $250K+ ARR.
</li>
<li>
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
</li>
<li>
Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
