 Job Summary: A skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site execution activities for&nbsp; our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical&nbsp; expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with&nbsp; contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction&nbsp; delivery.
 Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan. • Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering,&nbsp; waterproofing, and finishing work. • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and&nbsp; execution issues. • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Monitor material consumption and requisition of materials in coordination with the&nbsp; procurement team. • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific&nbsp; norms. • Conduct quality checks and ensure that rework is minimized. • Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and reporting. • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site. • Monitor contractor and Vendor performance, ensuring high standards of workmanship&nbsp; for site activities. • Ensure timely certification of Contractor and Vendor bills.
 Preferred Skills: • 5+ years of experience in site execution in real estate or infrastructure projects • Exposure to mid to high-rise building construction • Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional team
