Position: Relationship Manager (CRM) Industry: Real Estate Experience: 2–6 Years (Ahmedabad &amp; Mumbai) | 4–8 Years (Bangalore)
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the post-sales journey.</li>
<li>Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Accounts to ensure seamless customer service.</li>
<li>Monitor payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, documentation, possession, and handover.</li>
<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.</li>
<li>Support registration and possession activities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2–8 years of CRM/Post-Sales experience in the real estate industry.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience in customer handling, collections, possession, and documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.</li>
