About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager / HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, payroll, statutory compliance, IT recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can independently manage HR processes, take ownership of employee-related matters, work closely with management, and help build scalable HR practices. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage both operational and people-related responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

Handle employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.

Payroll &amp; Statutory Compliance
<ul>

Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process accurately and on time.

Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with payroll vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
</li>
<li>
Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of compliance records and reports.
</li>
<li>
Stay updated with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
</li>

IT Recruitment
<ul>
<li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
</li>
<li>
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
</li>

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
</li>
<li>
Manage offer processes, salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
</li>
</ul>
Employee Lifecycle Management
<ul>
<li>
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
</li>
<li>
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
</li>
<li>
Conduct employee engagement activities and support employee relations.
</li>
<li>
Ensure smooth onboarding and positive employee experience.
</li>
</ul>
HR Process &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>
Develop and improve HR processes to support business growth.
</li>
<li>
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular management reports.
</li>
<li>
Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, and employee movement.
</li>
<li>
Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
</li>
<li>
Maintain HR documentation and ensure process compliance.
</li>
</ul>
Team &amp; Stakeholder Management

Work closely with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and processes.
</li>

Mentor and guide junior HR team members, where applicable.

Take complete ownership of assigned HR responsibilities and ensure timely closure.

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist HR.
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of Payroll and PF, ESIC, PT &amp; TDS compliance.
</li>
<li>
Hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
</li>
<li>
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
