We are looking for a collaborative and driven&nbsp;QA Tester &amp; Tech Support Engineer&nbsp;to work on AI Platforms -&nbsp;YourGPT&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;MCP360&nbsp;.This role requires a blend of quality assurance, AI validation, and hands-on technical support to ensure seamless performance, accurate AI outputs, and an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design and execute test cases, test plans, and scenarios for AI agent, workflows, and platform features.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)</li>
<li>Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments</li>
<li>Perform end-to-end testing, API testing, and data validation for AI workflows</li>
<li>Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving product related issues</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues related to AI agents, APIs, integrations, and platform features</li>
<li>Validate and document customer reported bugs to the developer team</li>
<li>Analyze and debug AI behavior inconsistencies and performance issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality releases</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science are preferred.</li>
<li>6 months relevant experience in QA testing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools</li>
<li>Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integrations</li>
<li>Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system testing)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI systems, chatbots, or LLM-based workflows</li>
