We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate IT Sales &amp; Marketing Executive&nbsp;based in Mohali, who is eager to grow with an &nbsp;AI-driven organization.&nbsp;
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and technology who will be involved in both sales &amp; marketing activities including managing&nbsp;outreach campaigns&nbsp;and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Execute&nbsp;sales outreach campaigns&nbsp;via Email, LinkedIn &amp; cold calling.</li>
<li>Identify and approach potential B2B clients.</li>
<li>Create and manage&nbsp;outreach automation&nbsp;and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Conduct product demos, pitch AI use cases, and close deals.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage the sales pipeline&nbsp;using CRM tools.</li>
<li>Optimize marketing funnels for better lead generation and conversions.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing and tech teams to customize proposals.</li>
</ul>
Requirements :
<ul>
<li>6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales outreach (ITdomain preferred).</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication &amp; presentation skills.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, and B2B tech products.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI related marketing tools( Hubspot AI, Mailchimp with AI features etc).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing .</li>
<li>Strong research abilities and consistent follow-up skills.</li>
