Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

<li>5–8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Playwright automation testing.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python programming and automation framework development.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.</li>
<li>Experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices.</li>
</ul>
AI &amp; LLM Testing
<ul>
<li>Experience validating AI/LLM-powered applications.</li>
<li>Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt testing, and LLM evaluation techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Promptfoo or similar AI evaluation frameworks.</li>
<li>Understanding of hallucination detection, relevancy scoring, and response quality measurement.</li>
</ul>
AI-Assisted Development
<ul>
<li>Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.</li>
<li>Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate test development and improve automation efficiency.</li>
</ul>
Agile Delivery
<ul>
<li>Experience working within Scrum or Kanban teams.</li>
<li>Participation in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.</li>
