<p><b>Location- Hyderabad (5 days- WFO)</b></p>
<h3><b>Project &amp; Delivery Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and outcomes.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to defined timelines and budgets.</li>
<li>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and success metrics in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive delivery plans outlining milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and budget estimates.</li>
<li>Drive day-to-day execution including stand-ups, progress tracking, action items, and escalation management.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular, detailed status reports covering milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.</li>
<li>Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks early; create and execute mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Manage change control, RAID logs, delivery documentation, and governance standards.</li>
<li>Conduct post-project evaluations, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions to improve delivery predictability and quality.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including solution architects, platform/DevOps engineers, security teams, and customer stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage customer expectations through clear communication, weekly status updates, and steering committee reports.</li>
<li>Resolve project issues and conflicts proactively, escalating to senior leadership when required.</li>
<li>Support presales-to-delivery transitions by clarifying scope, deliverables, and handover requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Vendor &amp; Partner Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure contractual deliverables, timelines, and service quality are met.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Metrics &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own delivery metrics such as schedule adherence, delivery predictability, cycle time, incident trends, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and team practices.</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>People Management Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and coach team members through goal setting, regular 1:1s, and performance feedback.</li>
<li>Drive hiring, onboarding, and team scaling plans aligned with project and delivery demand.</li>
<li>Build capability development plans including training paths, shadowing, and readiness for customer-facing engagements.</li>
<li>Foster a healthy, accountable team culture focused on learning, collaboration, and customer outcomes.</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR and Operations on capacity planning, utilization, and staffing.</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>Skills Required:</b></h2>
<h3><b>Core Skills</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong project and program management skills with proven ownership of complex deliveries.</li>
<li>Experience managing delivery teams across engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and platform domains.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).</li>
<li>Strong planning, reporting, and documentation skills (RAID logs, timelines, change control).</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across customers, leadership, and delivery teams.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.</li>
<li>Comfort working across time zones and managing distributed teams.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Technical Awareness (High-Level)</b></h3>

<li>Cloud-native and platform concepts including:</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Kubernetes and containers</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">OpenShift (preferred)</li>

<li class="ql-indent-1">Observability fundamentals (monitoring, logging, alerting)</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in IT project or program delivery leadership roles.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing IT projects across infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.</li>
<li>Prior people management experience with direct reports is preferred.</li>
<li>PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.</li>
