Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting our products/ services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead Generation:
o&nbsp; Identify potential customers and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
o&nbsp; Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest in the product or service.
o&nbsp; Utilize various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events to generate new leads.
o&nbsp; Customize Emails to show relevance to the industry being targeted.
o&nbsp; Fix technical meetings once the Lead is minimal BANT Qualified..
CRM Management:
o&nbsp; Manage&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; leads&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; pipeline,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; including&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; tracking&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; leads,
opportunities and activities in the CRM.
o&nbsp; Prioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
o&nbsp; Maintain and enrich the database regularly.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
o&nbsp; Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing, product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
o&nbsp; Share insights, feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvementof sales processes.

Experience: 4+ years
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad.
&nbsp;
Education:
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering.
&nbsp;
Experience:
o&nbsp; Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM tools.
&nbsp;
Technical &amp; Business Skills:
o&nbsp; Proficiency in CRM software.
o&nbsp; Having CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales/ technical experience would be an&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;added advantage
o&nbsp; Experience with sales analytics tools.
o&nbsp; Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
o&nbsp; Ability to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and tools.
o&nbsp; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Other Requirements:
o&nbsp; Strong communication skills and Email writing skills
o&nbsp; Able to keep himself/herself always motivated while doing cold-calling.
o&nbsp; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
