About the Role

<li>We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner with strong experience in</li>
<li>Pharma Supply Planning and Raw Material Planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on&nbsp;expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and should be capable of managing end-to-end material planning&nbsp;activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder coordination, inventory optimization skills,&nbsp;and the ability to work in a fast-paced global supply chain setup.</li>

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage raw material planning activities for pharmaceutical supply chain operations.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.</li>
<li>Ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing&nbsp;stock-outs.</li>
<li>Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure&nbsp;uninterrupted supply flow.</li>
<li>Utilize Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning, scenario analysis, supply balancing, and reporting.</li>
<li>Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks; proactively drive mitigation&nbsp;plans.</li>
<li>Analyze planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and supplier performance for</li>

continuous improvement.
● Support S&amp;OP/Supply Planning cycles and contribute to operational planning reviews.
● Generate planning dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
