BU Consultants

<h2>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using advanced TypeScript frameworks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Implement best practices in software architecture, code quality, testing, and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to an agile development environment to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication in a fully remote setup, ensuring project alignment, and meeting tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h2>
<h3>Must-Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer with a strong focus on TypeScript development.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of front-end and back-end integration, with hands-on experience in Node.js and popular frameworks.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in design patterns, code refactoring, and test-driven development practices.</li>
<li>Good to have&nbsp; Java should know how to write tests, JUNIT</li>
<li>Experience working in agile teams and managing projects in a remote work environment.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred</h3>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines to support robust development workflows.</li>
<li>Experience with additional technologies such as React and modern JavaScript libraries.</li>
<li>Previous exposure working with distributed systems and scalable microservices architectures.</li>
