Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on SAP Analyst to support a pharma client engagement focused on SAP S/4HANA master data integration into Reltio MDM, with IDMP regulatory compliance as a key driver. The role sits at the intersection of SAP functional configuration and downstream regulatory data mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyze SAP S/4HANA master data objects relevant to product, substance, and packaging data</li>
<li>Support data profiling to assess completeness, quality, and mapping feasibility across product archetypes</li>
<li>Define/validate SAP-to-target system (Reltio) field and object-level mappings</li>
<li>Identify data gaps where SAP lacks fields required for regulatory (IDMP) compliance</li>
<li>Collaborate with MDM/integration teams on transformation logic and governed data flows</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>5+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, specifically on MM, PP, WM modules</li>
<li>Experience in pharma/life sciences SAP landscapes preferred</li>
<li>Exposure to master data management (MDM) concepts; Reltio experience a strong plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with IDMP or regulatory data standards a plus, not mandatory</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data profiling and mapping documentation</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>SAP certification (S/4HANA, MDG, or similar)</li>
<li>Prior consulting/client-facing delivery experience</li>
</ul>
