<div>Key Responsibilities</div>

<div>Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for Creator Success</div>
<div>Create comprehensive dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Quick Sight, Tableau, or similar BI platforms</div>
<div>Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behaviour, content performance, and livestream engagement patterns</div>
<div>Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of streaming and batch data from Creator Success platform</div>
<div>Develop and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time analytics systems using AWS services (Redshift, S3, Kinesis, EMR, Glue)</div>
<div>Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability</div>
<div>Build automated data validation and alerting mechanisms for critical business metrics</div>
<div>Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to drive product roadmap and business strategy</div>

<div>Required Qualifications</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field</div>
<div>6+ years of experience in business intelligence/analytic roles with proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala</div>
<div>Strong experience with AWS cloud services (Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis)</div>
<div>Expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions</div>
<div>Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing frameworks</div>
<div>Experience with business intelligence tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization best practices</div>
<div>Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business teams</div>
