<p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing Authorization Role requests for the client and subsequent change management -&nbsp;Level 2 ticket analysis and remediation</li>
<li>Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning SAP Authorization related issues to resolution</li>
<li>Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions</li>
<li>Providing out of hours support from time to time</li>
<li>The ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally (in English) with team members and colleagues throughout Lemongrass to gather requirements, communicate resolutions and define the relevant solutions and outcomes</li>
<li>Execute SAP ERP user authorizations maintenance: create, change or delete users for ERP systems and Cloud platforms; add, change or delete SAP authorizations according to the role concept</li>
<li>&nbsp;Execute Compliance requirements: create evidence reports according to request by internal or external auditors.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Execute Ticket resolution according to Standard Operating Procedures, SLAs and required ITIL standards</li>
<li>&nbsp;Build roles changes / new roles, single and composite.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Incident Management prompt resolution of security and authorization related issues.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Applications operations support for authorizations and other operational support as required.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaboration with Dev Teams and client to understand access requirements, new transactions, role creations etc.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement and adhere to SAP security requirements and guidelines within the framework to ensure compliance</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement and maintain internal controls that mitigate business risk whilst complying to policy and procedure.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Required to be flexible in terms of taking up different tasks within a project</li>
</ul>

<li>Good understanding of Role administration.</li>
<li>Good understanding of change management processes.</li>
<li>Good understanding on Master and Derived role concepts.</li>
<li>Good understanding on Fiori roles concepts like Catalogs, Groups.</li>
<li>Good understanding on BI/BW roles concept.</li>
<li>Good knowledge on SOD and SOX. ???</li>
<li>Basic knowledge on SAP GRC Access control.</li>
<li>Own initiative and team-player, Customer focus, Attention to detail</li>
<li>English business fluent (C1/C2 level)</li>
<li>3 years of experience in SAP application operation and projects, preferably role-based. Authorizations</li>
<li>Hands on Fiori experience</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems, especially SAP Basis and authorizations modules, and their integration with other SAP on-premise and SAP Cloud solutions</li>
<li>Operational Knowledge on Service Now, beneficial</li>
<li>SAP HANA Experience</li>
<li>Operations experience (ticket handling, problem, incident management).</li>
<li>Jira and Confluence experience.</li>
<li>Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist</li>
<li>Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.</li>
