Purpose of the Role
The Head – Operations will provide end-to-end leadership for Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Plant Maintenance and Asset Reliability. The role is responsible for developing Bayfield's manufacturing and operations strategy, building scalable systems, leading capital projects, strengthening operational discipline, developing people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective and customer-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Engineering, Quality and Food Safety.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and execute Bayfield's manufacturing and operations strategy, including capacity planning, automation and future capability.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build scalable manufacturing systems, operational KPIs and management operating rhythms.
