Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Process and record expense invoices, sales invoices, and general ledger entries accurately in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all expenses and financial transactions.</li>
<li>Manage petty cash reporting, prepare payment drafts, and reconcile ledger accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare financial statements, post general ledger entries, and perform bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Preparation of Quarter BAS reports and Yearly Income Tax Reports.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Calculate Divident report to be paid to Share holders.</li>
<li>Handle accounting for multiple company accounts and provide administrative and financial reports as required.</li>
<li>Liaise with banks and other relevant external parties when necessary.</li>
<li>Support the team by undertaking additional tasks as directed by senior management, especially during urgent situations or staff absences.</li>

Requirements &amp; Skills 
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of expereince in similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Experience in expense management and reconciliation processes.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze financial reports and maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Australian and Nepali taxation systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in financial services is an advantage.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information</li>
