<h2>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design Mendix solutions.</li>
<li>Develop and configure Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro, including domain models, microflows, and custom widgets.</li>
<li>Integrate Mendix solutions with external systems via REST, SOAP, and OData APIs, ensuring data consistency and reliability.</li>
<li>Implement best practices for performance optimization, error handling, and application security within the Mendix platform.</li>
<li>Conduct unit testing, bug fixes, and deployment activities using Mendix Cloud or on-premise environments.</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.</li>

<h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h2>
<h3>Must-Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix development with Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro.</li>
<li>Proficiency in modeling domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and designing page layouts.</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript for custom logic and widget development.</li>
<li>Experience integrating Mendix applications with REST, SOAP, and OData web services.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred</h3>

<li>Experience with Mendix Cloud deployment, DevOps pipelines, and containerization (Docker/AWS/Azure).</li>
