About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in HR and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn recruitment processes, communication skills, and talent acquisition strategies in the IT industry.
Candidates who perform well during the 6-month training period will be considered for permanent placement within the company.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references</li>
<li>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases</li>
<li>Learn basic HR operations and onboarding coordination</li>
<li>Build professional communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employee engagement activities</li>

Eligibility Criteria

<li>Any Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / PGDM or equivalent</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing</li>
<li>Passion for working in a fast-paced IT environment</li>
